Expert in planning, environment and territorial economy, Nicolas leads the strategy Ecological and energy transition of territories and the dedicated team. With an in-depth knowledge of the functioning and expectations of the latter, he designs and helps implement ecological transition strategies: territorial climate-energy plan, Agenda 21, territorial prospective, positive energy territories, etc.

As an Agronomist, Sélène contributes to various responsible sourcing projects, in particular on Regenerative Agriculture issues and commodities at risk of deforestation such as palm and soy, bringing both a strategic and technical vision.

Specialized in the management of urban and territorial ecological transition projects, Adrien assists local authorities in their climate change adaptation strategy and their energy transition, in particular by leading networks of territories around energy-climate issues. He contributes to the integration of these issues in urban planning and development.

With a PhD in geography, Victoria leads Transitions' action-research on the topic of Food in Common, which aims to identify the levers and brakes for a transformation of agricultural systems and food in depth, for a sustainable and just response to the challenges raised. Victoria also supports the missions carried out by the team dedicated to the agricultural and food transition.

Amaury has worked with various actors (NGOs, research centers, UNESCO, ministries, associations of communities) on mitigation and adaptation policies, the science-policy interface, and network management. At Transitions, he assists territories in the formulation and implementation of their strategy. He analyzes the socio-economic impacts of the ecological transition in the territories.

Marie-Hélène accompanies actors wishing to work on risk identification, design and implementation of responsible sourcing practices related to commodities at high risk of deforestation. She has worked on issues related to wood, soy, and the textile sector (cotton). She is interested in exploring and developing methodologies for integrating biodiversity preservation issues into corporate strategies.

With a decade of experience in public policies and territories, Apolline accompanies public actors in their energy and ecological transition strategies. She leads numerous missions requiring the mobilization of territorial stakeholders in order to build shared transition projects. As a specialist in urban planning and development, she opts for a broad vision combining ecological issues and urban planning.

With a dozen years of experience working with organic food companies, Marion is in charge of the administrative and financial management, and the follow-up of human resources. she oversees the daily life of the teams and the other support functions of the company, notably office management and communication.

Hugo is an agricultural engineer specialising in management sciences applied to food systems. He contributes to the analysis of the value chains of key commodities such as coconuts and palm oil. He participates in the development of new tools for greater traceability.

Antoine is a Data Analyst and supports the team on the ASD (Action for sustainable derivatives) collaborative platform. In particular, he manages data analysis on supply chain traceability issues.

Benjamin is an agricultural engineer specialised in the co-construction of sustainable tropical value chains. Benjamin participates in the development of environmental and social impact analysis methodologies to secure responsible sourcing.

Sarah advises international companies on their responsible sourcing issues, including the creation of stakeholder engagement tools to ensure long-term support for change.

An agricultural engineer with field experience, Clément is one of our experts in sustainable forest management. He works on issues of traceability, risk analysis and footprint calculation to assist our clients with their wood/paper, soy and palm oil supplies.

Co-founder of Transitions, Emmanuelle has been working for more than 10 years with private and public actors in the elaboration and implementation of sustainable development or CSR strategies. She has a recognized expertise in the design and facilitation of consultations between economic actors and civil society actors, working mainly for interprofessions and actors of the agri-food industry.

Sarah works with our clients in the cosmetics/personal care sector, developing our strategy on sustainable field projects to reduce the impacts of deforestation and other issues.

As a chemical engineer specialising in the engineering of natural active ingredients, Lenaïg has expertise in the consumer goods sector, more specifically applied to cosmetics Lenaïg brings expertise in exploring innovative solutions and improving the sustainability of our clients' ingredients and supply chains.

An agricultural engineer, Louise applies her knowledge of field issues to the analysis of agricultural value chains. She participates in the deployment of support and traceability tools in the palm oil and textile sectors.

With a solid experience in responsible purchasing consultancy, Charlotte has been leading the development strategy on responsible minerals since her arrival with the animation of a network of actors of the mining industry. She supports several clients in building their sustainable procurement strategy. She also contributes to the development and promotion of our offer.

After several years in the textile industry, Arnaud coordinates the implementation of our Action for Sustainable Derivatives (ASD) initiative and the development of responsible and inclusive supply chains. He also oversees legal changes and updates related to our clients' procurement activities.
